Brooks joined Benco in August 2021 and is a Project Manager in the Georgia Market. Prior to joining Benco, he worked as a Project Manager with Summit Contracting Group, turning over a multitude of Garden Style and Wrap projects in and around the Atlanta market. Overall, Brooks has 25-plus years of experience in managing multi-family, mixed-use, and commercial construction projects. He has worked in the areas of owner representation, preconstruction, and project management in various roles and capacities. Over the past ten years, Brooks has managed $75 MM per year in construction projects and programs nationwide.

Brooks has a Master of Science in Marketing from the University of Alabama and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from East Carolina University. He is currently working on a Doctorate in business Administration from the Swiss School of Business & Management.
