David joined Madison Capital Group in 2020 as President of Construction for Benco Construction, LLC. He is responsible for leading the construction efforts on all projects across the Southeast, working with the development, preconstruction, and construction project teams. Before joining Madison CapitalGroup, David had worked in the estimating and project management of over 6,500 multi-family, residential units located throughout Florida, North Carolina, and Virginia for Northwood Ravin, Greystar, and JMC Communities, with total construction budgets of over $1.7 billion. He has been active in the multifamily construction industry since 1992, with expertise in the construction of all types of structures.

David has an M.B.A., with a focus on Project Management and Real Estate Finance, from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Management from the University of Florida. He also holds the General Contractor licenses for BenCo Construction in FL, GA, NC, SC, and TN.
