CHARLOTTE, N.C. – (February 13, 2026) – Benco Construction has received the notice to proceed for Madison Trinity, a build-to-rent townhome community being developed by Madison Communities at 325 W. Trinity Lane in Nashville, Tenn. The project expands Benco’s footprint in Tennessee and represents the firm’s first entry into the build-to-rent sector.
Madison Trinity will deliver a thoughtfully designed townhome community tailored to meet strong renter demand in one of Nashville’s established urban corridors. The project will feature purpose-built rental residences and a site plan designed to enhance livability while maximizing long-term operational efficiency for Madison Communities.
