Brian is a Project Manager currently overseeing the projects in the South Carolina area. Brian brings to the Benco Construction team 27 years of experience in the construction industry, having built approximately 650 single-family homes and over 7000 multifamily units around the country. Brian is well versed in the industry, starting out as a carpenter and working his way up to assistant superintendent, Lead Superintendent, Assistant PM, to Project Manager status during his career. Brian has worked with several top 50 National developers, such as the NRP Group and Lynd Development (now Kairoi residential).

Brian carries an ICC National Standard General Building Contractor certification (N-11), extensive OSHA training, PMP certification, as well as multiple other credentials.
