Joe serves as a Construction Director for Benco Construction in Georgia, Tennessee, and Virginia. He has over 35 years of experience in the Construction Industry, building Multifamily, Residential, and Commercial Developments in eight states from the Midwest to the Southeast. Joe works with the PreConstruction, Development, and Construction teams daily, coordinating construction activities at all levels for Benco. Joe’s previous employers include Northwood Ravin, Wood Partners, Fairfield, James Davis, and Amurcon Corp. of VA.

Joe has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Construction from Michigan State University.
