Peter heads Benco Construction’s Preconstruction department. He has over ten years of experience estimating for developers and general contractors developing multi-family housing. He manages the process to optimize value, developing standards for projects, looking for ways to eliminate cost overruns, and reducing waste on product design. Before joining Benco Construction, Peter worked for Wood Partners, developing the budget for over 5,000 units.

Peter received his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Colorado State.
